Real-world phishing simulations without predictable patterns.

Traditional simulations often follow predictable patterns, making them easy to recognize. With randomized phishing campaigns, Guardey distributes simulation emails randomly over time, creating more authentic phishing behavior, especially in larger organizations.

Attackers don’t follow schedules

Real attackers do not send emails all at once.
They spread messages over time, vary their approach, and adapt to behavior.

Randomized phishing campaigns help you:

  • Reduce predictability in simulations
  • Prevent employees from warning each other
  • Increase realism and behavioral insights
  • Better assess real phishing resilience

The result is phishing simulations that are more credible, measurable, and aligned with modern threat patterns.

Built for larger and more complex organizations

Randomized phishing campaigns are especially valuable for organizations where:

  • Employees communicate frequently across teams
  • Warnings spread quickly via chat or email
  • Traditional simulations lose their effectiveness

By spreading emails over time and varying templates, Guardey keeps simulations realistic without increasing admin effort.

Report suspicious emails with one click

Phishing simulations are not just about who clicks. They are about who reports.

Guardey’s reporting buttons for Outlook and Gmail make it easy for employees to flag suspicious emails directly from their inbox. Instead of only tracking click rates, you gain insight into how many people actively report suspicious emails, helping you measure real response behavior.

Reporting is part of the gamified learning experience. By turning reporting into a simple habit, phishing awareness becomes part of everyday work.

Reporting updates during the campaign

Campaign results are refreshed twice per day while the campaign is running.

Even before the campaign has ended, admins gain continuous insight into:

  • Open rates
  • Click behaviour
  • Credential submissions
  • Reporting actions

What to expect from automated phishing campaigns

How do randomized phishing campaigns work?

Instead of sending all simulation emails at once, Guardey distributes them randomly across a defined time window. This removes predictable patterns and makes phishing simulations more realistic.

Can I control when emails are sent?

Yes. Admins define the start date and sending window. Guardey handles the random distribution automatically and excludes weekends.

Can I use multiple phishing templates in one campaign?

Yes. You can select multiple templates per campaign. Guardey distributes different templates across recipients to increase variation and realism, without repeating templates for the same user.

Are campaigns language-aware?

Yes. Guardey automatically matches phishing templates to the user’s language where available. If a template is not available in that language, the default version is used.

Do I get insights while the campaign is running?

Yes. Reporting is refreshed twice per day during the campaign, giving admins continuous insight into user behaviour and phishing resilience.

Is this available on all plans?

Randomized phishing campaigns are available within Guardey’s phishing module for eligible plans that include phishing simulations.

“After receiving a lot of phishing emails, we decided to do a phishing test last year to test the cyber awareness of our employees. During this test, we sent fake emails to see how many would click a possibly harmful link. The result? 29.4% did, which was higher than expected. After using Guardey for only a few weeks the scores had improved by 84%.”
