Guardey is the Duolingo for security awarenes. We are an international and innovative B2B SaaS platform for security awareness training that transforms traditional, often tedious learning experiences into an engaging and effective process. Through gamification, we make learning about cybersecurity fun and impactful. Our mission: helping organisations build a strong security awareness culture and turn their employees into a powerful line of defence, without sacrificing productivity or job satisfaction.

You will be joining a team of Account Executives, Partner Managers, and a leader who knows this role well and can help you grow.

Your role

As an SDR at Guardey, you are a driving force in our success. The timing is perfect: our message lands well in the market, and in our best sectors we see a 10-20% call-to-meeting conversion rate. This is driven by the rising number of cybersecurity incidents and changing legislation like NIS2, both of which are pushing organisations to invest.

This role is about building. You develop outbound sequences, call prospects, attend events, test messaging, learn what works in our market, and directly contribute to the growth of a company moving fast.

The output of your role is booked meetings for the Account Executives and our Partners.

What you will do

You are responsible for top-of-funnel pipeline in our target market. In practice: cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualifying inbound leads, booking and handing off meetings to the AEs, keeping HubSpot accurate and clean, and actively contributing to improving the playbook based on what you learn in the field.

You work closely with the AEs from the first touchpoint through to handover.

  • Experience Demonstrable affinity with commercial work, understanding people, and achieving goals. We care less about how many years of experience you have and more about whether you bring the right mindset.
  • Skills You speak Dutch and English and you are not afraid to pick up the phone.
