You will be joining a team of Account Executives, Partner Managers, and a leader who knows this role well and can help you grow.
As an SDR at Guardey, you are a driving force in our success. The timing is perfect: our message lands well in the market, and in our best sectors we see a 10-20% call-to-meeting conversion rate. This is driven by the rising number of cybersecurity incidents and changing legislation like NIS2, both of which are pushing organisations to invest.
This role is about building. You develop outbound sequences, call prospects, attend events, test messaging, learn what works in our market, and directly contribute to the growth of a company moving fast.
The output of your role is booked meetings for the Account Executives and our Partners.
You are responsible for top-of-funnel pipeline in our target market. In practice: cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualifying inbound leads, booking and handing off meetings to the AEs, keeping HubSpot accurate and clean, and actively contributing to improving the playbook based on what you learn in the field.
You work closely with the AEs from the first touchpoint through to handover.
