You will be joining a team of SDRs, AEs, Partner Managers, and a leader who knows the full sales cycle and will actively help you grow.
As an Account Executive at Guardey, you are responsible for winning new customers. You own the full cycle: from prospecting and pipeline generation to demos, trials, negotiations, the legal process, close, and handover to Customer Success. You own your pipeline and your target.
The timing is strong. Changing legislation like NIS2, rising cyber threats, and growing boardroom attention for human risk have created a market that is ready. In our best segments we see a call-to-meeting conversion of 10-20%.
We work closely with Partners and go to market together to deliver even more value to customers.
You generate pipeline by following up on inbound leads, collaborating with SDRs, working alongside Partner Managers, and running independent outbound activity.
You lead discovery calls, give demos, guide trials, and drive deals to close. You use HubSpot to track your pipeline accurately and forecast reliably. You spot patterns in the market and contribute to improving the playbook.
This is not a passive role. You will receive leads, but you need to go after them yourself. You are proactive, take ownership, and actively push deals toward close.
